Nature of the Website

This is a private reference site. It does not store official jail, court, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody, release a person, accept bond, or file papers with an agency or court.

The site is designed to help visitors find Marathon County inmate and jail records resources and, in some places, connect with third-party research tools. Official public-records rights and limits in Wisconsin are controlled by Wisconsin law, including Wis. Stat. sections 19.31, 19.35, and 19.36, not by this website.

Allowed Use
